The asset management sector is one that eShare knows and understands particularly well. We have a number of customers in asset management and have extensive experience in working with such companies in a variety of countries, so the first major asset manager conference of 2018 is one we are really looking forward to.
The ALFI European Asset Management Conference 2018 takes place on 6 and 7 March in Luxemburg, the second largest investment fund domicile in the world. It will attract more than 500 professionals from more than 250 of the world’s leading asset management firms.
eShare was present at last year’s ALFI European Asset Management Conference, and found it be an enormously rewarding and interesting event, with a prestigious line-up of speakers, and the chance to learn about the issues that really matter to those in the industry. The 2018 event looks to be even better, with an innovative programme entirely dedicated to the European Asset Management community, including investors, asset managers, fund administrators and fund selectors.
The four P’s of asset management
The theme of this year’s event is “The 4 P’s of asset management Product – People – Progress – Prediction”, and throughout the two days at ALFI a host of influential speakers will reflect on these themes and how the industry can address these.
The keynote speech will be delivered by Xavier Bettel, the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, which will be followed by a roundtable discussion with the CEOs of leading European Asset Management Associations, which will focus on how the sector can respond to challenges such as macroeconomic factors, demographic changes, and a growing focus on the environment and sustainability.
BoardPacks and EntitySquared
Regulatory pressures, transparency and fintech will also be on the agenda at the ALFI European Asset Management Conference, and with our products BoardPacks and EntitySquared, eShare is perfectly positioned to help organsiations with those issues.
Both products are proving to be highly valued by those that work in asset management, as they seek to demonstrate transparency into decision making at board level and improve governance in entities all over the world.
Present at ALFI will be Daniel Tin, Regional Sales Manager DACH, and Camilla Braithwaite, marketing manager, both of whom will be available at stand #34 throughout the event to discuss how BoardPacks and EntitySquared can help asset managers, and also to learn more about the challenges faced by those in the industry.
The ALFI European Asset Management Conference will take place at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg, and tickets are still available here.
If you are unable to attend, but would like to speak to us about how BoardPacks or EntitySquared can improve your organisation’s governance and transparency, more information can be found here and here, or you get in touch with us here.
