The central knowledge library securely stores documents and information for quick access to the latest versions of everything for authorised users, even if you’re offline. The Knowledge module is organised by different areas of business, which are made up of folders to create main sections for the library and knowledge areas, which are document repositories. Separate areas can be set up for project or for board training.

Knowledge areas can be security trimmed, restricted or access granted according to pre-set permissions. Stored documents can be reviewed and annotated on the mobile apps. The correct version is always maintained with the ‘check-in’ / ‘check-out’ of documents, so you can collaborate with others on the same materials, while ensuring that no information is lost.

Projects

The Projects workspace allows for the creation of ad-hoc sites used to collaborate on specific topics.

Projects

This workspace can be designed by the user with full access to add and develop custom web parts to suit each project. A sample project site has been set up with web parts for documents, discussions, announcements and lists. Projects can be accessed through the Knowledge module or the toolbar.
