BoardPacks Governance features

Key features

  • Track meeting attendance
  • Easily respond to each meeting invite with your availability
  • Monitor the diligence of each board member

Track attendance

Directors lead busy lives and may not always be available for each meeting. Confirming and monitoring attendance just got easier.

Track attendance

Directors can now respond to an email invite with a simple Accept, Decline or Unconfirmed before the meeting without having to log into BoardPacks. Committee officers can also register attendance during a meeting at the click of a button.

Document tracking

Designed to help board members prepare for meetings more efficiently.

With workloads increasing and working time becoming more constrained, finding the time to read documents in the entirety in one sitting is a luxury many are not afforded. When using BoardPacks, you can securely upload new documents and add them to an agenda. These are easily identified with a blue dot, indicating that the document has not yet been read.

When leaving a partially read document, BoardPacks will now remember where you last left the document and allow you to pick back up exactly where you left off.

Document tracking

Measure your governance

Document and attendance tracking don’t only benefit meeting attendees.

Measure your governance

The new Governance features are not only there to help board members become more efficient, they also contribute to your organisation being able to measure and track your governance.

Director attendee records can be viewed at a glance in the governance view in the Meeting module as well as the ability to view which documents have been opened before a meeting, and how long these have been actively viewed, helping to build greater transparency and accountability throughout your board.
